Guaranteed booking is a prepaid booking. You can make a prepayment at any time before your arrival day at our hotel, by credit card, via non-cash transactions, or by cash at the hotel cashier desk. If you booking is non-guaranteed the room is reserved for you until 6 PM of the arrival day.
The Best price available is a special rate which is available for online booking through the Hotel website only. The Best price available favorably compares with the Hotel open price but the amount of the rooms available for booking at this rate is limited.
An officially published price (open price) is a full cost of hotel room with no discounts. If there are no special offers for the period you selected, booking is possible only at this rate.
The room price includes taxes, wake-up calls, correspondence delivery, and Wi-Fi connection.
You can make a prepayment:
- by cash at the hotel. You will need a booking code or a booking confirmation received from the hotel,
- by credit card during booking
- via non-cash transactions by the bank. Please send you full name (first name, patronymic, last name), Tax ID no., registration address by e-mail to: hotel@hotel-spb.com. We will issue an invoice and send it to you by fax.
We accept Visa Classic, Master Card for non-cash transactions.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro, MIR cards for payments at the check-in.
A promo code let you access the special non-public offers for room booking. If you have a promo code, put it in a special line in the booking form on the Hotel website.
The cost of the child's stay (including breakfast) to 7 years, placed in the same room with the parent without an extra bed, is included in the price. Children older than 7 years are accommodated when paying the full cost of an extra bed, which is 1200 rubles.
For Standard double rooms – not more than 3 people. An extra bed (that is a folding bed) is provided upon request. Please specify the price of an extra bed during your booking.
For Deluxe and Executive Suite double rooms – not more than 4 people. An extra bed (that is a folding bed) is provided upon request. Please specify the price of an extra bed during your booking.
We can provide you with the registration with the migration authorities. Execution of registration documents for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship cost 250 roubles.
Check-out time is 12 AM, check-in starts at 3 PM. Time from 12 AM to 3 PM is reserved for room cleaning.
If there is a vacant room, you can check-in before 2 PM. If you require a guaranteed early check-in before 8 AM, you will have to pay an additional charge of 100% of a daily room rate. If you require a guaranteed early check-in after 8 AM, you will have to pay an additional charge of 50% of a daily room rate. Please consider that an early check-in (from 8 AM to 2 PM) does not include a breakfast. If you need a breakfast on the early check-in day, you should specifically pay for it.
Late check-out before 6 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the daily room rate. A charge for a check-out after 6 PM is 100% of a daily room rate.
Yes, you can. The price for calls within Saint Petersburg is 5.50 roubles/min.
For storing valuable items, you can use an individual safe deposit box. This service is available at an additional cost at the reception desk. For the securities that are not stored for safekeeping, the administration does not bear responsibility. For storage of luggage and oversized things, the hotel has a luggage storage. This service is free.
In connection with the adoption of the law on smoking, which entered into force on June 1, 2014, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel.

Staying with pets is possible upon prior request (requires approval from the Hotel). The pet must be no more than 40 cm at the withers and weigh no more than 10 kg, preferably with a carrier. An additional fee for accommodation - 1000 rubles per day per pet.
