La Vue rooftop restaurant
The restaurant is located on the roof of CUTYTEL Saint Petersburg hotel
La Vue is an haute gastronomic cuisine and a unique view of the historical center of Saint Petersburg and the Neva river from the 60 m height. It is a bird's-eye view of the Neva river framed with the most beautiful city buildings and monuments.
The restaurant has a capacity of 350 seats. The space is divided into seven halls, which include a wine room, a panoramic hall, and an all-season terrace.
It is a venue for stylish socialite events, enogastronomic dinners, poetry readings, artist meetings, master classes of the top wine makers and chefs of the world.
The restaurant was awarded the Main Summer Opening-2017 by Restaurating portal, it also received the Russian Wine Awards prize as the Best Original Wine List.

Chef of La Vue rooftop restaurant
Nikita started 12 years ago as waiter in a city restaurant. He mastered cooking skills working as a prep cook at a cruise liner (Finland, Sweden, Estonia) under the supervision of Alexander Belkovich (Ginza Project chef), 8 months later he got a sous chef position. He continued to develop his mastery when he became a chef of a famous restaurant group. Nikita worked in the restaurants in Georgia and Turkey, he underwent a training in France, in the famous Terminal#1 restaurant. The last two years he was a sous chef in the team of Anton Isakov (Gastronomica chef). He started his solo career as a chef in La Vue restaurant.
